The transition was made more difficult by a variety of urgent
needs from homeowners and renters. We have diligently addressed
those needs and have reinforced our reputation as professional
property managers.

In June 2007 we got a call from Cheryl Wilkins who told
us she was the new owner of Elite Villas. She had bought
the company and had been to all the houses and made lists
of what needed doing. Fortunately there wasn't much needed
doing on ours. We went across in July and met Cheryl. What
a gem. The house was spotless. Things are now so different.
She keeps us fully informed of what is happening; if a job
needs doing she sorts it straight away and we get before
and after pictures; we get receipts detailing what has been
done and the price is itemised. We know of any bookings
before the guest go in.
She has ensured all the contractors she uses are fully licensed
and are doing a good job. If she is dissatisfied with what
anyone does for her, she gets them back and it is put right.
She cares for the homes as though they were her own. She
ensures that homeowners are aware of all regulations and
that they are complied with. She also cares very much that
the guests in the houses have a good holiday and to this
end she always goes that extra mile. We are certainly eternally
grateful that she bought Elite Villas.
After buying a holiday home in Orlando, the first thing
you need to do is to get a good manager for your home. Cheryl
is for us the best. We feel our investment is safe in her
hands.
