In 2007 we booked our rental villa through a UK Travel Agent
as we have always done in the past. We were placed in one
being managed by Cheryl at Elite Villas Florida.
When we arrived there were a couple of problems which we
reported to the local travel company representatives who
in turn contacted Cheryl. We went out to enjoy the first
day of our holiday and were amazed when we arrived back
later that afternoon to find the problems being resolved.
That's what we call customer service!!
The work was completed and we even had a follow up call
from Cheryl herself to make sure that the problems had been
resolved.
We have visited Florida many times in the past but on all
our future visits the rental villa will definitely be booked
direct with Cheryl at Elite Villas Florida. She is committed
to ensuring that all her guests have a trouble free enjoyable
holiday in excellent accommodation. What a lady! We would
definitely recommend booking with her.

Just wanted to drop
you a line to let you know how pleased we were with the
villa. As I said in the villa's guest book--it was truly
a wonderful home that had everything and more to make our
stay a magical one!
The decor and furniture are of the highest quality with
the bedrooms ensuring that we all slept well and in luxury.
The boys (including Dads) really enjoyed the Games Room
and the PS3 (free babysitting service to boot). We use the
villas more as a home rather than a holiday base and often
make many family meals and enjoy many nights in, as the
villa is well equipped we needed for nothing! The whole
stay added to the enjoyment of our holiday.
As you know, we were unable to have this villa for our whole
vacation and reluctantly moved to another in the Windsor
Hills--I know we were spoiled at your villa, but we always
ensure we stay at the more 'elite' homes. Oh, how wrong
we were with the next one. It was filthy, my bedding had
not been changed (all types of bodily hair found), the upstairs
tap was held on by a bead of silicone, the bath and tiles
still had evidence of the previous guests--errrgh. Grubby
walls, carpets and kitchen. It has the weirdest smell--unclean
and musty. I was sooo upset. I have complained to the owner
but heard nothing back. It spoiled the rest of the holiday
in my eyes but I was told to stop being dramatic!
We will never go anywhere near that villa or management
company again, but why would we when we have discovered
your villa and Cheryl!!!
I hope you will be free for our next visit to Florida (hopefully,
in the summer) and that you will be happy to have us back.
