Use this page to make advance
payment after you receive our reservation confirmation
for your villa rental. Do NOT make payments until you have received confirmation.
All rates are in US Dollars and our secure payment
processing uses PayPal, the world standard for online
commerce.
You are not required to join PayPal if
you are not already a member. They accept most major
credit cards, so your payment is easy, secure, and
convenient.

Ordering
Villa rates are Off-Season,
In-Season, and High-Season, depending on the date
of your rental. Fees are per night.
Step 1: Select Security Deposit, using a quantity
of 1 on the Shopping Cart page.
Step 2: Make your selection for a Villa, in the
appropriate Season.
Enter the number of nights under Quantity
on the Shopping Cart page.
Step 3: Click the Next button for other options
and for the cleaning fee for stays of 5 nights or
less.
Security Deposit to Cover
Property Damage
Paid in advance, by check
or money order, the $350 Security Deposit (non-taxable)
will be refunded within one week of departure if
inspection of the property shows no evidence of
damage.

How to Use the Shopping
Cart
Select "Add to Cart" for
each of the appropriate items from the sections
below and your order will appear in a new window.
Adjust quantity as necessary and choose "Update
Cart"; then select "Continue Shopping" or close
that window to return to this page to enter other
items and any special options. Either method will
bring you back here without losing your previous
selections..
When you are done, select the checkout button and
follow on screen instructions. Please make your
selections carefully to avoid problems with final
confirmation and acceptance of payment for your
reservation. You will receive a copy of your order
from PayPal by e-mail.
There is a currency converter on the pages that show the groups of
3, 4, or 5 & 6 villas. It's in the right-hand
column. |
