There is a 3-night minimum stay in all of our villas.
A cleaning fee of

(depending on villa) will be charged for stays of 5 or fewer nights.
We offer many optional services to make your stay more pleasant:
Airport meet and greet (where we will assist you with directions to your villa) at Orlando Airport

When you rent one of our villas, a non-taxed, refundable security deposit of
$350
will be charged, payable by check or money order. That deposit will be refunded within one week of departure based on satisfactory inspection of the rental property and no evidence of damage.
